Shayla

Benoit

Press

“Benoit captures the essence of the coquette of this time period. Her well sung and acted performance of 'Always True to You in My Fashion' is one of the strongest numbers in the show.”

- Talkin’ Broadway

"I admit to claim favorites in this show, and the biggest accomplishment comes from Shayla Benoit, who plays Suzy. With a heavily ranged and heavily characterized vocal choice, the success she brings to the stage is fabulously and irresistibly adorable. Her musical numbers are the most memorable, and she gives the rest of the cast a run for their money when it comes to stealing the show".

- Downtown Devil: Curtain Critic

“Squeaky-voiced kewpie doll Benoit is a genuine scene-stealer.”

- Hap Erstein: The Palm Beach Post

"Also impressive are Shayla Benoit, a natural comedienne with a powerful brassy voice, as "Erma," and Jason Paul, as the fussy but soulful "Lord Evelyn Oakleigh."

- Phoenix Theater Examiner
